About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
- Document cases accurately in our CRM system
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer interactions daily with high satisfaction rates
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote access tools
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members with detailed documentation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in weekend/holiday rotational support as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience (remote preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for technical products
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
