Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 remote technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect client data
- Document all technical procedures and update knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
