Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize our interactive platform (video, whiteboard, digital resources) for dynamic lessons
- Collaborate with curriculum team to improve tutoring materials and methodologies
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- WI teaching certification preferred (not mandatory for contract roles)
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt teaching styles
- Proficiency with virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least 2 core subjects
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Availability for evening/weekend sessions (15-25 hours/week)
