Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using company-provided equipment
- Document cases accurately in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics
- Adhere to security protocols for remote access
- Participate in virtual training and knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience
