Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, SLAs, and performance quality metrics.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services.
Qualifications

- Must be available for night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST).
