Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with SLA precision
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team to implement security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues with minimal supervision
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
