Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handover of complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote new service offerings
- Meet weekly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Participate in monthly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and company information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
