Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls, chats, and emails during weekend shifts
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain case histories
- Collaborate with weekend support teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet weekly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Participate in weekend training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years customer service experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- High-speed home internet and quiet dedicated workspace
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Valid US work authorization and background clearance
