Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using CRM and ticketing systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case histories in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed SLA targets for response time and resolution rate
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoffs and continuity
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team knowledge base
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2B or SaaS environments
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar support platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote setting
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
