- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts (8 AM - 8 PM PST)
- Resolve technical issues and process orders with precision and empathy
- Document interactions in CRM system and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoffs and escalation
- Meet/exceed weekly SLA targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks
- Contribute to process improvements for weekend support workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in high-volume environments
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce) and troubleshooting tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday)
