Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat, and phone during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for our software products with patience and expertise.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to escalate complex issues and share feedback.
- Stay updated on product features and policies to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to company confidentiality and data security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical assistance, or call center operations.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
- Must be available to work a full weekend shift (e.g., Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
