Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and product support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely, escalating to the engineering team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure continuity of service and share feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and documentation to provide accurate guidance.
- Handle high-volume ticket queues with speed and accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical help desk, or call center environments.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Basic proficiency with computers, operating systems, and web browsers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
