Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical issues, process orders, and troubleshoot product inquiries
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handover of complex cases
- Meet weekly performance metrics including resolution time and satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues
- Excellent communication skills and patience in high-pressure situations
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-5PM PST)
