Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers during escalations using internal ticketing
- Proactively identify trends and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Adhere to SLA targets with 95% customer satisfaction rate
- Participate in weekend team huddles and skill-building workshops
- Support product launches during critical weekend deployment windows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years technical support experience in SaaS or cloud environments
- Expertise in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, iOS/Android, and networking
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-4PM PST)
