Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and system performance problems
- Install and configure software applications and operating systems
- Document all support tickets and solutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with weekday IT teams for seamless issue escalation
- Conduct periodic system maintenance and updates during off-peak hours
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and proprietary information
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in remote environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification required
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, network diagnostics, and cloud platforms
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability
