Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support via phone, chat, and video calls
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoffs
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics
- Conduct remote system diagnostics and repairs
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical support or IT helpdesk
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS
- Excellent communication in English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm)
