Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and answer product inquiries with patience, accuracy, and empathy.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-site Monday-Friday team to escalate complex issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and complete required weekend training modules.
- Ensure a high first-contact resolution rate and maintain a positive customer satisfaction score.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is highly preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems and navigate multiple software applications.
