Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues via phone, chat, and remote desktop support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document cases accurately in ticketing systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with Tier 2 teams for complex issue escalation
- Conduct virtual onboarding sessions for new equipment deployments
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential disruptions
- Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-ups
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years in technical support or helpdesk environments
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-6PM MST)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
