Tanggung Jawab

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring technical issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all technical interactions and resolutions.
- Guide clients through complex technical processes with patience and clarity.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential outages during off-peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT customer service.
- Proven experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment.
- Strong proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
