Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during weekend hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for our client base.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and timely.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.

Qualifications
