Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proactively upsell products/services during customer interactions
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in daily virtual team huddles and training sessions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and share feedback
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced virtual environment
- High-speed internet connection (min 25 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Availability to work evenings/weekends as needed
