- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, scalable operational frameworks capable of handling high-volume predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making processes.
- Future-Proof Operations: Implement adaptive strategies that allow our infrastructure to evolve seamlessly with emerging AI paradigms and regulatory changes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align operational goals with long-term technological objectives.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI deployment, ensuring transparency and safety in all operational models.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources for experimental technologies and infrastructure upgrades necessary for the 2026 transition.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term operational roadmaps for high-growth technology environments.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI infrastructure, machine learning operations (MLOps), and cloud computing architectures.
