As part of our elite engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting core models, optimizing infrastructure, and mentoring a world-class squad of data scientists and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cutting-edge deep learning models capable of processing real-time, multi-modal data streams.
- Lead the design of scalable cloud infrastructure to support high-throughput inference and training workloads.
- Drive the research roadmap, focusing on breakthroughs in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into robust solutions.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and deployment in production environments.
- Ensure ethical AI standards are maintained across all development lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with distributed computing, GPU acceleration, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and optimization techniques.
