- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior developers and researchers in cutting-edge AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, Prefect).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex scalability and latency issues in distributed systems.
