Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to optimize neural network training algorithms on hybrid hardware.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed training pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
- Mentor junior data scientists and research engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research engineering, deep learning, or machine learning roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and C++.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and reinforcement learning is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional teams.
