Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for our core AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance for future workloads.
- Advanced Model Deployment: Spearhead the deployment of large-scale LLMs and multimodal systems, optimizing for low-latency inference in real-time environments.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance computing solutions that maximize GPU utilization and reduce operational costs.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish governance frameworks and guardrails to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and aligned with human values.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready applications.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. (Exceptional candidates with significant industry experience will be considered).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning. Deep expertise in building and deploying large-scale AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Strong understanding of distributed systems and parallel computing.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) at an enterprise level.
- Strong background in Generative AI and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from concept to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
