Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance Agentic AI systems using Python and PyTorch.
- Design and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the 2026 landscape.
- Ensure AI systems are secure, ethical, and compliant with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade AI applications.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
