Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI systems for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and long-term strategy for AI integration across all product lines.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of 5+ senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for edge computing and real-time inference, reducing latency by up to 40%.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS).
