- Forge partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and academic institutions for moonshot projects
- Present visionary briefings to C-suite and board on emerging tech disruptions
- Drive R&D investments in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-silicon computing
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven 10+ year horizon planning
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Physics, AI Ethics, or Future Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech implications
- Experience scaling moonshot projects ($50M+ budgets)
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Portfolio of implemented future-proof systems with measurable societal impact
