Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI and Quantum technologies leading up to the 2026 horizon.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers.
- Architect scalable, secure systems capable of handling next-gen computational loads.
- Identify emerging trends in neural networks and quantum supremacy to drive product innovation.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI or High-Performance Computing.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography.
