Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 technology roadmap prioritizing AI/ML scalability, quantum-resistant cryptography, and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including neural network optimization and immersive AR/VR experiences
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, autonomous systems, bio-digital interfaces) to identify competitive advantages
- Develop strategic partnerships with quantum computing providers and generative AI research institutions
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior engineers on future-proof coding practices and ethical AI deployment frameworks
- Oversee $5M+ R&D budget allocation for experimental technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in AI, quantum computing, or advanced robotics
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems (AWS/Azure/GCP certifications preferred)
- Published research or patents in machine learning, cryptography, or human-computer interaction
- Track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle management
