Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed for 2026 performance benchmarks.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale engineering projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset for long-term technical planning.
