Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI deployment models
- Lead cross-functional working groups on bias mitigation and algorithmic transparency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails in ML pipelines
- Represent the organization in regulatory dialogues on AI governance frameworks
- Design audit protocols for AI system fairness and accountability
- Drive organizational education on responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or AI-related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning and data science principles
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
