- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems
- Lead stakeholder engagement with policymakers, academia, and civil society organizations
- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) deployments
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production environments
- Drive internal education programs on responsible AI practices across 500+ engineers
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Proven experience with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging global standards
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of 2026's AI technological landscape (quantum computing, AGI precursors)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics journals/conferences
