Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough AI solutions for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate research-to-production cycles
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members securing strategic buy-in
- Mentor senior engineers on emerging AI paradigms including generative and federated learning
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI analysis for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record shipping production-grade AI systems with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and ethical AI principles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) preferred
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong public speaking skills for executive-level presentations
