Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 remote technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, printers, and network connectivity.
- Log and track all technical issues, ensuring accurate documentation in our CRM database.
- Assist with password resets, account management, and software installations.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+ is a plus).
