- Ensure all transcriptions maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Edit and proofread documents for grammar, clarity, and medical terminology accuracy
- Utilize EHR systems and transcription software to complete deliverables

- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 99%+ accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of medical transcription experience
- Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) or RHDS credential required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR platforms (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 85 WPM) with 99% accuracy
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
