Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Lead the design of prompt engineering frameworks and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with emerging regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and vector databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
