Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of supporting 2026-scale data loads and AI inference demands.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of next-generation neural networks and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Edge AI) for integration into our core stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous stress testing and failover simulations to ensure system resilience in volatile environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on Machine Learning infrastructure and Cloud-native solutions.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with proven experience deploying microservices at scale.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to innovate in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (if applicable) and pass background checks.
