- Design immersive virtual candidate experiences using metaverse platforms and holographic interviews
- Lead employer branding initiatives targeting Gen Z and Alpha talent through neuro-interactive campaigns
- Integrate neurodiversity and neuro-inclusion protocols into all talent processes
- Collaborate with R&D to identify future skill requirements and build talent pipelines
- Implement blockchain-verified credentialing for secure talent verification
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical recruitment with demonstrable experience in AI/ML or biotech sectors
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Workday Talent Insights, Eightfold AI)
- Certification in Neuro-Inclusive Recruitment (NIR) or equivalent
- Proficiency in metaverse recruitment platforms (e.g., Immerse, Spatial)
- Strong understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech landscapes
- Experience managing international remote teams across 5+ time zones
- Portfolio showcasing successful future-focused talent initiatives
