Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean searches.
- Conducting phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for key technical roles in Houston and beyond.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Providing regular updates to the team on recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Proven ability to source candidates and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Available to work part-time hours (e.g., 15-25 hours per week).
