Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, and design roles, from screening to offer negotiation.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including Boolean search, social networking, and employee referrals, to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the entire Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflow, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates for hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct engaging phone screens and technical interviews to assess cultural fit and technical proficiency.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of candidates for current and future openings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Software/IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles on time and within budget.
- Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.
