Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, and specialized developer communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level engineering positions (Java, Python, DevOps, etc.)
- Conduct virtual technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on assessment criteria
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand technical roles
- Optimize recruitment strategies using data-driven insights from our ATS platform
- Build relationships with industry influencers to enhance employer branding
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and diversity hiring initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in tech/hiring
- Deep understanding of engineering roles, technologies, and hiring landscapes
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Strong technical interview skills for software engineering assessments
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Self-motivated night shift professional with demonstrated remote work success
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
