Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for remote roles across engineering, data science, and DevOps
- Leverage Boolean sourcing techniques and niche platforms to engage passive candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct virtual technical interviews and assessments for senior-level positions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse technical talent
- Maintain accurate ATS records and provide weekly recruitment analytics
- Build relationships with industry communities and participate in virtual tech events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with remote/hybrid teams
- Proven success in placing senior engineering and data science roles
- Expertise with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (cloud, AI/ML, DevOps)
- Exceptional virtual communication and interview assessment skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Experience with diversity-focused recruitment initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
