Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Conduct virtual interviews and technical assessments for software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline using Greenhouse and Lever ATS platforms
- Develop strategic sourcing plans for hard-to-fill positions in emerging technologies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and optimize job descriptions
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment analytics in CRM systems
- Participate in weekend hiring events and virtual career fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in placing software engineers
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and technical stacks (Python, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (EEO, OFCCP)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience with video interviewing platforms and virtual assessments
- Self-motivated professional thriving in independent remote work environments
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
