Responsibilities
- Design and implement the high-level architecture for the 2026 Technology Roadmap.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Predictive Quantum algorithms.
- Lead technical research and prototyping for futuristic user interfaces and interaction models.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and guide them in adopting future-ready coding practices.
- Evaluate third-party technologies to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to translate futuristic visions into executable product features.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Machine Learning pipelines, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++.
