In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in researching and integrating emerging technologies—specifically Agentic AI, autonomous agents, and next-gen LLMs—into our core product roadmap. Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive vision for our technology stack, identifying key emerging trends that will define the industry by 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies such as Multimodal AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum-Ready Architectures.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design the foundational architecture required to support autonomous systems and high-volume data processing.
- Strategic Partnerships: Evaluate and establish partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions to ensure our pipeline is future-proof.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML strategy.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to predict industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
