Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design and development of advanced AI systems, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance for future market demands.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for Apex Horizon, identifying emerging trends like quantum computing integration and edge AI.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems for real-time deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- R&D Innovation: Conduct proof-of-concept research to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading AI or machine learning initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for solving unstructured problems.
