Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market demands
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Establish innovation partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Ensure all strategies align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
