Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives for emerging technologies including AI ethics, quantum-resistant cryptography, and neurotech integration
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year roadmaps for technology adoption across healthcare, energy, and finance sectors
- Build and manage partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in emerging tech or innovation management
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, or blockchain
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley, Austin, or global tech hubs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., CSCP, CISSP) or emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning)
